Please take note that some flowers/ plants may cause allergic reactions, especially to pollen-sensitive individuals and animals. Kindly note that we will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions experienced by the recipient(s).
Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers and elements may not be in stock. If this should occur, we reserve the right to replace the flowers and elements in a floral arrangement to ensure that it appears as beautiful as it should be.
The photos and descriptions of bouquets/ arrangements on our website are intended as a guide for style, colour scheme and value. While we will make every effort to ensure your order matches the photos and order descriptions as closely as possible, bouquets may be arranged differently due to unavoidable reasons.
In the event that no one is available to receive the bouquet delivery, we will make another delivery attempt to the address provided. After two failed delivery attempts, customers will be notified and those within the Klang Valley may come to collect the flowers themselves at an address we will provide via email or phone. We will not be held responsible for any failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.
Peak period deliveries
To avoid disappointments during peak periods like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or festive periods, we would like to advise customers to place their orders at least 7 days before the intended delivery date.
Any changes to your order must be made at least 2 working days before the intended delivery date. If the changes are made less than 2 days before intended delivery, we will try to accommodate your request as best as we can, but we will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction caused.
Claims and Refunds
Full or partial refunds (up to 50%) will only be considered in the event of non-delivery or damage. If the arrangement was damaged by the recipient, no refund will be issued. Kindly note that claims for refunds must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date.
