Our flowers can be ordered either through :

Payment can be done through online banking transfer, or automated teller machine (LOCAL ORDERS) OR via PAYPAL online (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ). For more information about the payment methods, please visit “Order and Payment” page. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN LAST MINUTE ORDERS SDD LESS THAN 3 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY TO ENSURE OUR QUALITY IS MAINTAINED. ORDERS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 1 DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY OR IN SOME GENUINE EMERGENCY CASES WE TAKE SDD BUT MUST BE AT LEAST 5 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY.
Free delivery is eligible to recipient subject to delivery address is within 2 km radius from our base in Sri Damansara AND that minimum total order price is RM70.00 for all FLORAL delivery eligibility, otherwise accepted under certain circumstances; NON-FLORAL/non-perishable items will be shipped by registered mail or courier service and order value must be RM50 or above; for FLORAL delivery, distance of more than 2 km radius from our base and within Klang Valley area still, will be charged RM3.00 for next km addition. Orders for FLORAL DELIVERY outside Klang Valley (NATIONWIDE) will be via our affiliate/sister florists at the respective places of delivery, NATIONWIDE. Our sister florists will be delivering the items ordered outside Klang Valley areas.
Orders involving very big vases/ containers / baskets or stand / tall arrangements / big centrepieces for weddings/ hotels/ openings/ condolences etc., made after 9.00 pm, LESS than 16 hours from delivery time will be charged RM30.00 extra.
International orders are for all items; non-perishable and perishable items to WORLDWIDE, will be considered for processing, if the total order price is more than MYR100.00 (USD24.40). Express/normal shipping rates 3-6 / 6-11days respectively to client's respective country are based according to regions. Please refer to "Order & Payment" page for shipping rates list.
Payment for INTERNATIONAL ORDER can be done either (1) to my PAYPAL account FOC by going to www.paypal.com and keying in my email address chemeriam12345@gmail.com to activate transaction, (2) WESTERN UNION online instant transfer (fast & cheap way of transfer).
Orders for NATIONWIDE (outside Klang Valley) & OVERSEAS deliveries for our fresh floral designs/arrangements/hamper gifts will be processed and delivered by our sister florists/gift vendors based WORLDWIDE and will REQUIRE an additional charge of between USD15-USD37 on the client placing the order to us at RSF in addition to the price quoted for each item displayed on the website. This is for RSF liaising fee with our sister florists/gift vendors and delivery fees placed by sister florists on orders by clients out of which CERTAIN PERCENTAGE of the additional charges go to our sister florists and REMAINDER to RSF (OR TO BE NEGOTIATED). EVEN WITH THE ADDED FEES FOR EACH ITEM ORDERED, OUR PRICE PER ITEM IS STILL COMPARATIVELY MODERATELY LOW WORLDWIDE. SO DO TAKE THIS LUCRATIVE OPPORTUNITY TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS WITH US FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES FOR OUR FRESH & ARTIFICIAL FLORALS/HAMPER CORPORATE GIFTS ITEMS.
Customs tax charges placed on shipped non-floral items (by client's country), purchased by oversea's client are to be bourned by the client.
